The Origin Of The Musical Fountain
In 1930, the German inventor Mr. Optupist first introduced the concept of fountains. At first he only built small fountains in department stores and restaurants. After years of development, the design and structure of its musical fountains have become larger. And complicated. Mr. Gunderpistrich had followed his father to design and build fountains as early as twelve years old. In the summer of 1952, at an industrial exhibition in West Berlin, an American saw the performance of the musical fountain and brought it back to New York Radio Music Synagogue. The musical fountain was performed for the first time in the United States on January 15, 1953, and more than 1.5 million people watched it during the performance. Mr. Kendpiister has continued to improve his musical fountains and promoted them to the world. Years of improvements have greatly reduced the cost of construction and maintenance. Computers have been used on musical fountains to make their performances more complex and beautiful.
